Mr. Ho is the founder and a Director of Manivest, a renowned corporate services advisory group with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Macau. He is also a qualified accountant, and the Managing Partner of Horace Ho & Company, Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Ho's area of specialty is international assets and tax planning, and advising on corporate structures in the Greater China region. Mr. Ho is proficient in forensic accounting, insolvency management and investigation of accountancy fraud. Mr. Ho regularly acts as expert witness and provides expert opinion to assist clients in legal proceedings.
Mr. Ho is always invited as a guest speaker for seminars and international conferences on matters relating to taxation, company laws and practices in the Greater China region. He co-founded the Asia Offshore Association and served as the Registrar and member of the board of directors of the Association from 1999 to 2006.
Mr. Ho is the author of "BVI Company-an Administration Guide" (境外公司管理手冊-英屬維京群島) and co-author of "Offshore Financial planning" (境外理財藍圖) published in Taiwan, in 2002 and 1999 respectively.
Mr. Ho is active in community services. He is now the vice Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Scout Association of Hong Kong and had served the Finance Committee as The Chairman for over 10 years. He has been a member of the Audit Committee, World Scout Organization (Organization Mondiale du Mouvement Scout) since 1999 and was a member of the Audit Committee World Scout Foundation from 1999 to 2007, both based in Geneva. Mr. Ho was also the Hon. Auditor of Rotary International District 3450 and a member of the Rotary Club of Peninsula from 1987, served on the Board of the Directors as Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer for several years. He is a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary since 1989 and a Baden Powell Fellow of the World Scout Foundation since 1999.

Ms Simone Kong is a Director of Manivest Asia Limited. She is a solicitor admitted in 1998 in Hong Kong. She is a practising solicitor and a member of the INSOL International, an association of insolvency practitioners.
Ms Kong is experienced in handling corporate merger, acquisition, liquidations and corporate services and general counsel matters. She has participated in numerous in-house Counsel Summits and conferences in Asia. Ms Kong is currently pursuing a Master Degree in Law in Corporate Laws.
Before joining Manivest, Ms. Kong was the Head of the Corporate Service Department in an international law firm where she was involved in corporate re-structuring, mergers and acquisitions, IPO, and company secretarial matters. Mr. Patrick Lam is a director of Manivest Asia Limited. He is the managing partner of Messrs. Patrick K. H. Lam & Co., and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, England and Australia respectively and has been practicing law for more than 18 years. Mr. Lam has also been admitted as a China Appointed Attesting Officer since 2003. As from 2006, Mr. Lam has also been practicing as a Civil Celebrant of Marriages and solemnizing more than 350 marriages.
Mr. Lam graduated in the University of London in 1988, holding both a Honoured Bachelor Degree and a Master Degree in Laws. He then completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in the University of Hong Kong in 1989 and has also been awarded with a Postgraduate Diploma in Language and Law in the City University of Hong Kong in 1991.
Mr. Lam handles a lot of international business matching and immigration matters, in particular, the HKCIES Scheme. Before he first qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong, Mr. Lam served as an Inspector in the Customs and Excise Department of Hong Kong for about 7 years, enforcing various IP legislations like Copyright Ordinance, Trademarks Ordinance and Trade Descriptions Ordinance. Since 2007, Mr. Lam has been appointed by the Government of HKSAR as an Adjudicator of the Registration of Persons Tribunal.
With the various awarded designations of ACS, AIAA, AIRC, ARA and ULHI, Mr. Lam has been awarded with Distinction in FLMI, Fellow, Life Management Institute by LOMA, the Life Office Management Association, Inc. in 2001. As a close partner in the Insurance Industry, Mr. Lam has been handling various insurance related matters, e.g. preparation of wills, probate and estates administration, estate planning, drafting of Key man Insurance documents and trust arrangements, etc. His continuing effort has also been spent in arranging various CPD seminars for Life Insurance Practitioners in public Institutes and Reputable Insurance Organizations.
Mr. Lam has a long and distinguished record of public service. He serves as a member of the Mainland Legal Affairs Committee in the Law Society of Hong Kong and delivers a lots of legal seminars to the public and give legal advice on pro bono basis.
